I fell asleep on the train on the way into work this morning. This is both good and bad - good because I get more sleep, bad because of the potential to embarrass myself (eg falling onto the person next to me). Luckily this morning I don't think I did anything silly whilst asleep.
I think falling asleep on public transport is a good indicator that I need a holiday.

I also fell asleep on my train this morning, that 6:30 start is out of my system now, didn't react too well to it!
Why were you on a train?
just for old times' sake

Al, how come you have to approve all comments? I sent the same thing 2 or 3 times, not realising that it wouldn't immediately come up on the screen.
I will turn that off, it's in case you want to screen messages before they appear. I switched it on by accident.
I've supported a couple of sleeping train travellers in the past. Once was in the end compartment and there were people opposite observing & chuckling. In both cases it was a lady who dosed off. If it was a bloke, I would've lurched a bit & broken their peaceful slumber !
That is very gentlemanly behaviour UD.
I think they should make train carriages with little sleep "pods" for long haul commuters, it could be quite relaxing. You'd have to have a booking system but.
